Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the contractual obligations and rights between the drilling contractor (“Contractor”) and the client (“Client”). By entering into an agreement for drilling services, both parties agree to the following terms:

Scope of Work
The Contractor agrees to perform drilling services as specified in the agreed-upon work order or contract.
The scope, timelines, and deliverables will be detailed in the agreement and any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Contractor’s Responsibilities
Perform all work professionally, safely, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide and maintain all necessary tools, equipment, and materials required for the work unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Ensure that employees and subcontractors are qualified and adequately trained.

Client’s Responsibilities
Provide the Contractor with accurate site information, permits, and access to the worksite.
Ensure the worksite is free from hazards that could interfere with the Contractor’s operations.
Promptly pay for services as per the agreed payment terms.

Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Contractor based on the rates specified in the agreement.
Payments are due within [X] days of invoice issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as permitted by law.
Any additional costs due to scope changes or unforeseen conditions will be communicated and approved by the Client before proceeding.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
The Contractor shall adhere to all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The Client shall notify the Contractor of any known environmental risks or conditions at the site before work begins.

Liability and Insurance
The Contractor is not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond their control, including weather, acts of God, or Client-provided information.
Both parties agree to carry adequate insurance coverage, including liability, workers’ compensation, and property damage.

Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify the Contractor against claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Misrepresentation of site conditions.
Non-compliance with permits or regulations by the Client.
The Contractor agrees to indemnify the Client against damages resulting from negligence or willful misconduct.
